The project involved creating a comprehensive visual identity for the Zaps Polish Street Food restaurant specializing in zapiekanka—a traditional baked baguette topped with ingredients similar to pizza. The goal was to design materials that balanced a modern aesthetic with elements of Polish heritage, reflecting the authenticity of this beloved street food.

A range of assets was developed to enhance the restaurant’s branding, including:

  • A colorful and modern menu design.
  • Catering materials that aligned with the restaurant’s vibrant identity.
  • A t-shirt design for staff, maintaining consistency with the overall brand.
  • TV display menus for a dynamic and engaging customer experience.

To honor the restaurant’s roots, traditional Polish folklore elements were incorporated into the logo and design materials. This approach ensured a seamless blend of modernity and cultural heritage.

The designs successfully captured the essence of zapiekanka as a quick, satisfying, and culturally rich snack. The balance between modern visuals and folkloric details helped Zaps stand out as an authentic Polish street food experience, appealing to both nostalgic locals and curious newcomers.

Print Assets for Where Do You Draw The Line?

The primary goal of this project was to create a more user-friendly and memorable proposal for Ice River Films to stand out during a film distributor conference in Morocco. Recognizing the need for a unique and impactful solution, I developed an interactive postcard in addition to the traditional letter-sized proposal file. This approach aimed to simplify accessibility while enhancing the overall presentation and user experience.
